شراب الإبيكاك، أو ببساطة الإبيكاك، هو دواء كان يستخدم على نطاق واسع كمقشع ومادة تسبب القيء سريعة المفعول. يتم الحصول عليه من الجذور والجذامور المجففة لنبات الإبيكاكوانها، والذي يستمد منه اسمه. لم يعد يستخدم بانتظام في الطب.
