Ajowan

Trachyspermum ammi, commonly known as Ajowan or Bishop's weed, is a plant traditionally used in Ayurvedic and folk medicine practices. Its traditional uses are not well-documented, but it has been employed for various health-related purposes in some cultures. Scientific evidence suggests that the plant contains compounds with potential antioxidant properties, as evidenced by the molecular characterization of Cu/Zn-SOD from Trachyspermum ammi.
